Mr. Frank Blossom is the caretaker, but he does a lot more than keep the grounds clean at Cackle's; he fetches the kittens, drives wayward pigs back to Ted's Pig Farm and skulks through the halls at night, vapourizing fungus. Mr. Blossom also enjoys building strange-looking contraptions, which he thinks will come in handy at the school. Of course Miss Hardbroom doesn't always approve.
