I have actually a lot of interest in movies. I took two film theory classes at Columbia during grad school, but a lot of my knowledge of film comes that my best friend from high school is now a writer/director in Los Angeles. My most recent list of favorite movies was:
The Big Lebowski, Billy Elliot, X2, Fucking Åmål, Bringing Up Baby, Iron Monkey, Memento, The Muppet Movie, The Beast, Project A, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Die Hard, Ginger Snaps, Better than Chocolate, Big Trouble in Little China, Fargo, Dog Day Afternoon, Donnie Darko, The Incredibly True Adventure of 2 Girls in Love, The Sixth Sense, Unforgiven, The Opposite of SexI poonder a fair amount about movies, but haven't written much about it yet.
