Bill Kwak is a rebellious senior in electrical engineering. His primary habit is breaking into all the buildings on campus, which he has long since accomplished, but he is still exploring the corners. Of course, he never does anything destructive -- although he will sometimes let people in for a party.
He is basically honest, but is driven by curiosity and a certain rebellious streak. Aside from his habit, he is a fairly straightlaced type: keeps regular hours, studies dutifully for good if not striking grades. He is reasonably social if not very popular.
He is from Sacramento, the only son of a middle-class immigrant family. He has occaisional guilt about depending on his parents, but the main reason he got involved in the program was curiosity about the process. He is skeptical about whether it will do anything, but wants to know for sure.
Skills: Bill has the obvious talent for breaking into places, and is reasonably competant in technical matters involving electronics or computers. Physically, he is in good health and is not a total clutz, but is mostly unimpressive.
Description: Bill is 5'11'' and wiry at 150 pounds. He is Korean, with his black hair short-cropped. He is left-handed, and wears glasses to correct for his myopia.
