Hello, Now, then. The crew has certainly gained _something_ in technical expertise by way of the training program. However, their overall efficiency rates have not showed marked increase. Here is an overview of some of your officers from your character's point of view (which may be biased, of course)... -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Duty Officer: Lt Igor Thezarian He is an odd sort. He seems to adapt fairly well to your schedules and training. However, he does not seem devoted to Duty Officer: Lt(JG) Ks'ra Thonen He is an Andorian, who is rather reserved in person, but who apparently is active among the petty officers and men. He has been less than enthusiastic about your suggestions - but perhaps that is simply part of his manner -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Warp Chief: Chief PO Jorge Bermudez He is a hard worker and problem solver. His style is a bit messy, and he objects to any experimentation or excessive strain on the engines. Shield Chief: Chief PO Dumitru Stoika He is a stern and ambitious officer. He is good at He has a tendency to lecture, and constantly reminds his people to be alert. In private, he is a bookworm of various histories and battles. Senior Repair Chief: Chief PO Bruce Robbins He is a talkative but inexpressive sort, but apparently does not have a very good work ethic. He is currently grumpy and on edge. Transporter Officer: Ensign Mahmoud Latefi He is a serious career officer, who seems genuinely devoted to Star Fleet. He is quite competant at his job, near as you can tell. Environmental Chief: Chief PO Glenn Volk He seems to be a capable officer, but often operates around you or otherwise avoids proper channels. He has been setting up his own safety protocol in various group memorandums. Commisary Chief: Petty Officer(2) Jason Suna He is a perfectionist, and apparently does not like interference in his job - which is fine since you haven't given him much. -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- That's it for now. - John
