Paul Fletcher basically doesn't know when to quit. He was born in Georgia, but is working to rectify the situation. While he had disciplinary problems in school, his grades were good and he made it into Stanford. He is majoring in English now as a sophmore, with an emphasis in journalism.
He took off last year for a low-budget trip through Central and South America. Despite his protests to his parents (``Really, Mom, I didn't do anything dangerous''), he got into a fair amount of trouble while there.
In college, he has made a habit of writing controversial articles for the newspaper -- coming across as far more right-wing than he is simply to cause trouble. Right now, his last year of travel has left him dead broke, and the project seemed interesting and harmless.
Skills: Paul is the most travelled and worldly of the characters. Aside from the ability to piss people off (in word or in writing), his main skill is his black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He doesn't own a handgun, but he has practiced with his dad's and with his own pellet gun.
Description: Paul is muscular but not very tall (5'5''), and weighs around 160. He has short brown straight hair, a heavy-set jaw, and an unfavorable mix of features.
