Olympic Records by Population for 2008

Taking data from the Wikipedia medal count page, and populations from the Wikipedia List of countries by population, this calculates the number medals per million people in each country's population. This is pulling live data from the Wikipedia, so it should be up-to-date, but is vulnerable to vandalism or format changes to the Wikipedia page. It also calculates a score that weights the gold and silver medals more heavily. Each medal counts as the following
