Various useful character generation info can be found on page 34 of the Street Fighter book, including freebie point costs.

Information on spending experience is page 65 of Street Fighter.

Adds cost the same as the equivalent level of the trait they are buying. Thus a second add in Botany would cost 1 (current level) times ability cost.

Passions cost 2 freebie points per dot. During experience they cost 4 for the first point and 2 time current level to increase.

The cost of raising an attribute from 0 to 1 is ten experience and some exceptional act.

Notes on how to Roleplay are ideas on how to represent your character - if he is nervous maybe you'll intentionally stutter a little bit when you talk. These are things you can do to both make the playing more real to you and express the character to others in your group.
