To view the rules files for Legendary, place all the files in a folder, 
typically [drive: path]\Legendary. Open the file "index.html" in a web 
browser; this will open a header of links above the copyright page in 
the browser window (this requires a frames capable browser).

The "lg.ico" and "lw.ico" files are icon resources of a golden "L" on a grey
and white background, respectively.  If you make a Windows shortcut to 
"index.html" in your Legendary folder, use either of these files for the icon.
