Explanation of Powers: Gemini's abilities are those of a natural athletic human, but amplified to double what they should be. He has not tested positive as a mutant and even detection of magic shows nothing unusual. It is unknown HOW Dr Dracaenas changed him, but it is a theory that his mind was unblocked to allow him to realize his full significant potential.

Background: Matt Manning was a very successful businessman, well liked and respected by his peers, and well known in the community as a humanitarian and philanthropist. One night, after a fundraiser, a mysterious man calling himself Dr Dracaenas approached Matt with proof that his rivals were using criminal methods to interfere with his business dealings. The doctor then offered Matt the power to put a stop to his criminal competitors' activities. Surprised, Matt readily agreed, feeling for some reason that he must accept this mysterious offer. With that he awoke the next day to find that he literally possessed the power of two men. All of his senses as well as physical and mental capabilities had virtually doubled!

Soon, calling himself Gemini, Matt began using his abilities to uncover numerous criminal schemes of his business rivals. It didn't take long for Gemini to be hunted by organized crime for his interference in their operations. It was while battling a group of thugs that he came to the notice of the Justice League Crusaders, who offered him a place in their ranks. Since then he has been a member in good standing as Gemini, and one of the group's greatest benefactors as Matt Manning.

Notes: Gemini still has no idea who Dr Dracaenas is or what he wants with him. The two have met since that first night, but Matt has never been able to get any answers out of him. It is still up for grabs as to whether or not the doctor is good or evil.
